Nike Air Force 1 Denim Blue – Never Ready
In 2022, 40 years since the Air Force 1 was introduced, a culmination of the rich history of the silhouette was realized with the introduction of the Louis Vuitton x Nike “Air Force 1” by Virgil Abloh. Released posthumously, Abloh’s work seamlessly connected the decades of prominence of Nike’s famed sneaker. In total, Virgil Abloh designed 47 bespoke pairs of the Nike “Air Force 1” for the Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2022 show in collaboration with Nike.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low 'New Jersey Nets Hardwood Classics' dresses the retro hoops shoe in a distinctive color scheme inspired by tie dye-like road unis that the Nets wore during the 1990 – 1991 NBA season. The sneaker makes use of a white leather upper with a contrasting Pacific Blue finish on the toe box, quarter panel and heel tab. The latter is marked with Nike branding in red, matching the outlined contours of the Swoosh. An icy translucent outsole anchors the low-profile silhouette.
